ENERGY OPTIMIZATION
FOR HOTEL LOAD

We are preparing to pilot an advanced energy optimization technology designed to reduce electrical consumption on merchant vessels. This solution targets the hotel load, the power used for accommodation and auxiliary systems, where significant efficiency gains can be achieved.

The technology works by optimizing electrical distribution and improving power quality through:

Power Factor Correction: Reducing reactive power and improving efficiency of    generators.

Voltage Optimization: Ensuring systems operate at optimal voltage levels to minimize losses.

Load Balancing: Distributing electrical loads more evenly to reduce peak demand and improve generator performance.

Based on previous deployments in shore based industry, this approach has demonstrated minimum savings of 5% on load consumption. Such improvements translate into reduced fuel use and emissions, supporting our sustainability objectives and compliance with energy efficiency regulations.
